She was 67. The cause was lung cancer, her husband Enzo Bartoccioli told the Times Monday.\ A photograph of Rotolo and Dylan, walking arm-in-arm, was on the cover of Dylan's second album, "The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan." Rolling Stone reports that Rotolo was the muse behind many of Dylan's early love songs, including "Don't Think Twice, It's All Right," "Boots of Spanish Leather" and "Tomorrow Is a Long Time." The couple met at a folk concert when she was just 17 and he was 20 and later shared a walk-up apartment on West Fourth Street in Greenwich Village. ...
