Coss
ah 90 days reporting lol. no need as long as having exited the country within the last 90 days of renewing a visa/extension of stay To clarify: what you are saying is, that on a retirement visa, if you cross a border within 90 days you don't have to report as well? Cheers Coss
cavanami
Yes, but make sure you have a multi-entry retirement visa. You can also make a copy of your passport and your Thai Immi entry card and mail in to Thai Immi for the 90 day reporting, so no need to travel way the fark up (at least for me) to the new Thai Immi building. cavanami
Send it registered mail so as to geta signature. Make copies of what you sent and when, then plead your case with Immi
WorldFun
yes type of visa/extension doesn't matter. 90 day reporting are only 'checked' at visa/stay renewal/extension or at an eventual/theoretical police check AND most important 90 day reporting is NOT checked at stamp out of the country time is however 'reset' at stamp in thus 90 days to next report due
Coss
excellent, so with a retirement visa, bouncing back and forth to Laos every 30 days, I don't (conceivably) ever have to do a 90 day report
