Coss Posted June 21, 2011 Report Share Posted June 21, 2011 From The Nation Army chief General Prayuth Chan-ocha on Tuesday ruled out talks with ousted prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra, saying the military had no mandate to rescue him from his legal issues. "There is nothing to clear between the military and Thaksin," he said in reference to Thaksin's offer for talks.
