Coss
IMHO no one trusts anyone in LOS corruption has an inverse linear relationship with trust In NZ we can trust virtually any one in a government job and there is almost nil corruption. Thailand is the reverse.
Flashermac
Quite simply, if the Takkyites break their word, the Army breaks its. I think that is mutually understood. Sort of like an agreement between mafia dons.
Gadfly
Quite simply, if the Takkyites break their word, the Army breaks its. I think that is mutually understood. That kind of sounds like how the mafia works. Maybe this is why so many mafia members end up "sleeping with the fishes" and mafia peace pacts are so unreliable. I think you are probably right, but it's not particularly re-assuring.
Flashermac
Looks like a majority in parliament for Takky and the ventriloquist's dummy. This should be interesting. An elected dictatorship? Chalerm's kid is trailing, but still within reach. The polls aren't closed yet. Time for Chalerm to round up some voters, willing or not.
