buddha
Flashermac - Some people convicted of Felony lose the right to vote in the United States. In some cases they have the right to have this overturned, and some do not. This does not apply to all 'convicts' or all states. It really doesn't matter anyway as with the electoral college and delegate system not one congressman or president has ever been elected because of the populous vote.
