I am supposed to contact hot on an alternate account I don't use any more can can't think of the password. The alternate method is to contact them. They want to know my name, DOB, addres, credit card number, passwords, expiry date etc. WTF? I am not giving out such information and there is no reason hotmail would no it anyway. I seriously doubt this is hotmail contacting me. So now what do I do? It is my original email addy from when I first got onto the internet nearly 20 years ago.
