The grantor may have a difficult time getting his money back. But the article does not really get into the legal aspects of the contract. Was the contract written or just a friendly agreement? Possibly, in retrospect, the grantor should have required a medical test before entering into this contract/agreement. And what about fertility treatments or seeking the services of a professional donor service. The type done in a medical facility. Does German health insurance cover this? But even if the neighbor loses in court and has to pay the fine/refund of $2,500.00 he probably got a good deal for all of that intercourse. How much money does this come out to per encounter?
