It's the old thai new year - so it will never change. (Like saying that our new year can vary from December 29 to january 2.) As of yesterday the Manager of a very popular Go Go Bar in Pattaya did not know if they were closing or not. Now the letter will be delivered by a policeman in the morning of the first day of the funeral. But as always, police will tell something, you can deduct 50 % and do as you want. Same in SC and PP bars, gogos nono, but if you can't find a waterhole you're a newbie. OK, send me a message late night before and I will give you one or two bars where you can get beer....
