think_too_mut
The Thai Tuna looks more like the Japanese sanma (mackerel) sanma for lunch today. It is dubbed "autumn fish", coming about now until end of December. You can see "momiji", Japanese maple in autumn colors. The whole set is 790Y, some 250THB. Arrives to the table exactly as pictured in front of the restaurant.
Dexi
Thet don`t give you many chips do they ? And why are they in the soup ?
think_too_mut
It's fried tofu, made of soy. Also, the soup is made with miso, soybeans fermented under 5 tons of rocks and for 18 months. Middle is fresh tofu, soy too.

Muncher, be my guest: all you can eat tofu buffet: In the supermarket, tofu section is 3 times bigger than milk section: There is a reason: drinking milk, even kids, is far behind their tradition of getting calcium from tofu. My first venture to Thai upcountry, end of 2003, there was no milk to buy. Now they have, 7-11s arrived. And, Toyota's cars, known to be unrecognizable, bland, Americans in 2008. dubbed it "all you can eat tofu buffet".
