Democrat Party leader Abhisit Vejjajiva Saturday proposed that the caretaker government should resign to pave way for an establishment of an interim administration to carry out an urgent reform before holding a new election.

The post-election government must spend another year to carry out further reforms and then dissolve the House and hold another election, Abhisit proposed.

The proposals were parts of ten-point blueprint for bringing Thailand out of the political deadlock drafted by Abhisit after he held meetings with some political parties and some government agencies.

Typical Hegelian Dialectic again Problem – Reaction – Solution

It has been widely used by governments and corporations around the world in controlling the masses, and society in general, it’s deployment has been an effective tool in keeping humanity in check.

Almost all major events in history employ the Hegelian Dialectic of:

Problem – manufacture a crisis or take advantage of one already in place in order to get the desired Reaction of public outcry whereby the public demands a Solution which as been predetermined from the beginning.

See the so-called “problemâ€, look at who is reacting, why and in what way. Then look for who is offering up the solution.

Somehow, you knew that was coming.

Suthep has been pitching that particular solution for quite a while now.

Who do you suppose Mr Abhisit thinks should run the interim government? Mr Abhisit or Mr Suthep? Or maybe a third round draft choice with absolutely impeccable Party credentials?

Is it 3 times or more ?? now that the democratically elected Thai government has been usurped by the yellow shirts, who are spitting the dummy because they can no longer get their fingers in the till.

You are asking for trouble if you continually disenfranchise the majority of Thai voters.

Re. Singha heiress and yellow shirt supporter Chitpas Bhirombhakdi’s remarks about rural voters...how would the electorate of say West Virginia feel if they were told that they were unfit to vote...only New Englanders’ votes count? We are going to replace your democratically elected government with an unelected council ..and you don’t get to pick the council...we do.

If a political party can’t win an election with their policies, then change your policies until they appeal to the majority. Get elected, then gradually break your election promises, as poli's do in Australia, USA, and UK...â€Read my lips etcâ€. If you have a free media, the liars will get their comeuppance in the next election when they get booted out.

Or establish a “Breath of Fresh Air†alternative party that may hold the balance of power and keep the rest of the bastards honest.

But don’t take you bat and ball home, and say if I can’t win, no-one else can play. I’m going to eat sour grapes instead.

Well considering that the constitutional court have just ruled that the transfer of Thawll from the post of National Security Chief and replacing him with Pol General Wichean who was then in turn replaced with Pol General Priewapn Damapong who happens to be her brothers Brother in Law ,was unlawful, unconstitutional and unethical, and she and 9 senior members of her cabinet are no longer part of the caretaker cabinet she is already out of Politics.

The NACC (Anti Corruption) are expected to make their announcement tomorrow on the corruption in the Rice Pledging Scheme.

The Constitutional Court on Wednesday dismissed caretaker Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra from office, ruling that she abused her power by transferring National Security Council Thawil Pliensri.

The nine Cabinet members involved in the unlawful transfer of Thawil were stripped of their positions. "The Prime Minister's status has ended, Yingluck can no longer stay in her position acting as caretaker prime minister," a judge said in a live televised ruling.

The remainder of the cabinet can continue working, the judge said. The judge said Yingluck violated the charter on the transfer of Thawil from position of National Security Council.

The transfer of Thawil Pliensri from the post of National Security Council chief was unlawful, unconstitutional and unethical.

Yingluck Shinawatra had a hidden agenda in ordering the transfer and also intended to benefit a relative. The court thus ruled that the transfer was prohibited by the law as it was unethical and a conflict of interest.

The Court ruled that only Yingluck and nine other Cabinet members who took part in Thawil's transfer must be removed from the Cabinet.

The others, who were not members of the Yingluck Cabinet that approved Thawil’s transfer, can remain in office as caretaker Cabinet members. The court also ruled that the caretaker Cabinet can continue its duties until the new Cabinet takes office.

The Constitutional Court ruled that it has no mandate to order the appointment of a new prime minister within seven days as requested by the complainant.

The request to the court to order the appointment of a new was made by Senator Paibul Nititawan during the trial on Tuesday. Paibul filed the abuse of power suit against Yingluck

If Thaksin and company don't like the way it works, why don't they try strictly obeying the laws so the courts can't go after them?

Maybe the courts will have more time on their hands now after they have fast tracked this purely political trial ...err maybe to pursue Abhisit on murder charges, and Suthep on corruption charges and using armed gangs to disrupt national elections. How many years have the arrest warrants been outstanding now?

...but don't hold your breath.

I don't think the majority of the Thai electorate will put up with having their votes stolen from them 3 times now.

Turbulent times ahead.

On the bright side it looks like the bars will be open in July after all!..and the beer and girls will be cheaper as the Thai baht gets slugged by weak economic growth. Nice one..yellow shirts.
