Teachers are always on hand to remind them when it needs cutting by taking a chunk of hair out. This is a perfectly normal procedure and the girls fair no better. Were any teacher to try the same as you seem to imagine might happen I would indeed get the message, and the teacher would too, from me, no question! p.s.
