Flashermac
All right, I've read the instructions on how to import my old bookmarks into Opera 23, but it doesn't work. I get as far as "now click open" - when it is supposed to import them. Only it doesn't open. Any help for someone who is technically impaired? baa99
There is an official Opera Bookmarks Manager extension. Install that, then export your bookmarks from FFox and use the Opera manager to import them. It's a rudimentary manager, but it works. http://forums.opera.com/discussion/1831951/how-do-i-import-bookmarks-from-firefox-to-opera-20/p1
Flashermac
Thanks, I saw that. Like most of the Internet, the thread quickly degenerated into a slagging off match.
Boo Radley
This might work: From the Menu Bar in Firefox: Bookmarks>Show all bookmarks>Import and backup>Export bookmarks to HTML. Then go to Opera and look for the option to import bookmarks. I think from the menu bar it's Bookmarks>then click the file icon>and from the drop down menu select Import Netscape/Firefox bookmarks. Then navigate to the HTML file and import it.
