YimSiam
However, Kiattiphong said surveillance camera footage also showed an Asian man fleeing the scene at 3am, which prompted investigators to initially believe there might be a sole attacker. Police believed he could possibly have been a migrant worker or fishing-trawler crewman. Or failing that, it was a British friend who left the island already. In short: Anyone but a Thai! YimSiam
If not for Burmese, Nigerians, and perpetrators who "fled the scene" nary a Thai case would close!
bust
Was talking to a Thai friend tonight and she said Thai Police will blame migrant workers (Burmese or Cambodian) if they have no leads. Thai Police like to solve crime quick even if they not sure who did it. Makes them look good plus they are lazy.
