One of the tactics used were marrying off their young daughters to old perverted Saudis as virtual sex slaves in exchange for official favours. He told me that during Ramadan the Saudis would become nocturnal, sleeping most of the day and stuffing themselves with food at night. Saudi Arabia allegedly has one of the lowest crime rates in the world, due to the particularly harsh barbaric punishments compared with the civilised world.
