YimSiam Posted July 25, 2015 Report Share Posted July 25, 2015 On my latest flight, I arrived at destination to find contents of my bag present by in disarray - including a sealed envelope within a sealed envelope of medical bills for reimbursement back at the office, both envelopes torn open and (paper only!) contents out. US was kind enough to throw one of those "your bag's been checked" slips in my suitcase... Seemed a bit above and beyond any reasonable security check - fact that it was jfk to beirut and I've had lots of work travel in the countries east of lebanon plus afghanistan in recent years, must be on a real special list by now to have them interested to the point of opening medical bills! I thought Thailand had found those magic sensors, you just point it at a bag and it'll tell you if there's guns, porns, dope, whatever inside! Guess they must not be working - probably have to get the monks back up to DM, get the hand-held scanners back on track... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
