YimSiam
I'm surprised no one can be bothered so far to get out to those two points and get us a couple updated scenes? Or maybe just use a marker and draw in some heavy shades of cynicism, hostility and despair at the human condition - that's what I tend to notice mainly now, but that's probably just me... Fucking Nana. Fucking fuck. And yet I return and return, moth to flame.

Flashermac
The Nana was built for the R&R trade, so later than 1962. I'd also say the Cowboy pic is later than 1970, maybe late '70s. Cowboy opened his bar there in 1977, and I don't think he was the first (just the best known). I remember an unauthorised Playboy club on the east end of Cowboy. I suppose that's it. Vintage_Kwai
Interesting. There is a Toyota Corolla on the left with what looks like '7ช' on the number plate. This type of registration was introduced circa 1975. Next to it is either a Toyota Cressida or Crown circa late 70's and a red Mitsubishi Lancer extreme right also late 70's model judging form the tail lights. Vintage_Kwai
In the picture of Soi Nana, there is a Datsun Bluebird 410 going up the soi, manufactured mid 60's. The car parked on the right is a Toyota Corona Mk II, manufactured end 60's into early 70's. (I used to hitch a ride with a friend who used to drive one to camp). Sigh. Sign of old age.
