check_bin_krap
I returned from VietNam a couple of weeks ago. Stayed in Hanoi and Saigon with my vietnamese fiance. Great country, nice people and no problems at all. Some people get frustrated there because they tend to overcharge/cheat foreigners. Luckily for me my fiance handled all payments, shopping etc. But even as a Vietnamese she would not buy stuff on the street with me because she would get overcharged. I thought Vietnam was pretty safe compared to other 3rd world countries? The commies are known to be strict with criminals. Anyway, I had no probs.
