ThaiHome Posted August 26, 2002 Report Share Posted August 26, 2002 It looks to me like you have two choices 1. Move to Bangkok (actually Rayong may be a better place) and try to get a job locally. The chances are you will probably get a job making at least 50-100K a month, assuming your skills are there. You could also try free-lancing, but you would need the local contacts. 2. Get a job with a major PLC manufacturing company in the US or Europe and get them to transfer you to Thailand (or maybe China and do R&R here 3 times a year). This is certainly the best deal. The housing allowance alone could be 100K month. You get your full home-country salary plus an increase for working overseas. TH Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
