Is white gas available for my backpacking stove?

I know food is very cheap in Thailand, but I was thinking it might be worth it to bring my little backpacking stove...maybe once in a while I'll want to just cook a meal in on my bungalow porch? I imagine I could buy noodles that cost $1 here in America for 5 cents there are eat for nearly nothing once in a while! Does anyone do this out there (I mean buy groceries and cook for themselves once in a while ??? Also, the stove uses white gas... would this be readily available?

Not sure what kind of stove you have, but a few people I know buy those butane stoves, and rely on the cannisters of gas. Usually available a Big C and I think Foodland. Aas for white gas, do you mean unleaded automobile fuel? My stove is multi fuel, burns deisel, all gasolines, alcohol...great device!
