gummigut
Dude, I believe the Sukhumvit Soi 33 branch is da one for you. Already farang friendly and all the staff that I talked to possessed excellent English and a good understanding of the products the bank offers. Sorry, can't speak for the manager, but given it's location, I think TFB would have the business sense to put a bilingual manager in place. Oh I fergot, don't even try any of the banks at Siam Square. My info is six months old but 1/2 of the banks couldn't converse with me at all. Of the ones that could, I only spoke with a low level employee while the manager did not speak english, or I was ignored as my business was low on the totem pole for some reason. <<burp>> [ February 17, 2002: Message edited by: gummigut ]
Pom Michael
Another TFB branch to avoid is the one on Sukhumvit Soi 3 (Nana Nua). I've had good experiences with the Wireless Branch, close to the US Embassy.
