A 'short time' in Pattaya is always in the gir's or establishment's room. A 'short time' in Bangkgok is always in my regular hotel room. 'Best' is subjective. Some may remember the girl experience more than the type of wall paper or number of complimentary bars of soap. Plus, Sukhumvit is actually a long road. Where abouts would you be when in dire need of such an establishment? Give or take 10 Sois for example. Best for location convenience - Taboo NEP 3rd floor springs to mind - if actually in NEP and not Soi 33 that is. IMHO for lower Sukhumvit it is Playboy/PB on a subsoi opposite the entrance to the Bumrungrad hospital. Taboo is no longer open - unless I have missed something recently.
