The 'representatives' of limos will approach you immediately when you exit the gate. You can avoid them and walk up the stairs , about 50 meters, to take a metered taxi. This can save you a few hundred pesos. Actually they may try to negotiate a set price , but if you insist they will turn the meter on. Transportation within the city is easy, there are taxis everywhere. You can also try , especially during the day, jeepneys if you want a 'local flavor' .
