how do you say "follow that cab!" in thai?

Hi,

 

"taam taxi nee"

 

Almost. That would be 'Follow this taxi'.

 

"taam taxi (kan) nan" = 'Follow that taxi'

"taam taxi (kan) noon" = 'Follow that taxi over there'

 

The 'kan' (classifier for cars) should be there for proper Thai, but I am sure the driver would understand if you leave it out.

I thought "noon" means far, am I wrong or can you equate it to distance, i.e "over there" ?
