Mekong Posted February 2, 2010 Author Report Share Posted February 2, 2010 Written warning overturned on appeal, I requested a full copy of corportate discipliniary procedure and then had 14 days to review and make an appeal. Absolutley nothing within the procedures could be applied to "Offensive Ringtones", in fact I went on to demonstrate that I could counterclaim that one of the Contractors ringtones "Wind of Change" Scorpions was offencive to me as music lover, HR should never get into arguments with Project Management Consultants. Once the slate was wiped clean I agreed to sign a new 12 month contract that keeps me here until April 2011 unless I can find a better project to move onto sooner.
