If he is still hell bent on catching something (never mind aids) then I'd say it's his party and he will have to decide how to plan it! Wow, I sound like the "Dear Abby" of BKK nightlife. Bottom line, with any activity, ask up front, and make sure your desire/intention is clearly understood!
