Sarisin Posted March 3, 2003 Report Share Posted March 3, 2003 I really had to chuckle when I read the posts in this thread. I'm not sure why guys waffle and pile on the crap in defining stunners. Clearly, there is no way way to define such creatures. However, I would be willing to bet you that if I took the lot of you into Gogo Bar XYZ and gave all of you a sheet of paper with the instruction to list the numbers of the stunners, we would be pretty much in agreement. My basis for saying this? Over the years I have gone out to the bars with hundreds of guys. And, you know what? With an almost 100% coefficient of certainty all the guys were attracted to the same girl(s). Of course in some bars no one was attracted to anyone, again proving the point. If you asked the guys why they liked that particular girl, you would get the same gobbledygook as in this thread. So, WHAT then is a stunner? I will say just like has been said about pornography, I cannot define a stunner, but I know one when I see one. Now, an uber-stunner, that is something else.... chilli13 Posted March 3, 2003 Report Share Posted March 3, 2003 sorry mate I'll have to disagree. plenty of guys I can disagree with about who is 'stunners' or not in most of the bars ok reserve a night in may & lets disagree on the leading stunner bars aka aw, sw, lg, sd, ps, rb3 etc. should kill a few hours... leather Posted March 3, 2003 Report Share Posted March 3, 2003 A stunner is someone who is universally good looking. Chemistry may not be there for all, but the good looks as an object are there. If we can not define a girls as a "stunner" then equally we can not define one who is not a stunner (ie ugly?). It just seems to me that it is easier to choose the ones you don't want (for appearance reasons) than the ones you do. And, the word 'stunner' is such a vague term to begin with while 'ugly' is a very descriptive adjective, isn't it? What is that expression? "Beauty is only skin deep, but ugly goes clear down to the bone." Really, I think your last sentence is excellent. Just like society on the whole it takes all kinds. Anyway, who would really want a bar with nothing but total stunners working there? :: Wait, I just realized there already is such a bar, and it is named ... Casanova!
