I did not really do any maths there. I was ridiculing the importance and magnitude of savings.

I tried but it has never worked.

Dropping a letter in a mail box does not guarantee it's delivery.

Message that "confirmed" sending of my SMS to her mobile meant nothing. None of the messages sent have ever reached her phone and I gave up.

Have you ever heard "Could you resend me that message again?".

I am on the net 24x7, ADSL. About 20 times a day I get a message "Mail Server can not be reached". What if it was the moment a message was to be delivered to me?

The ISP is the biggest and most sophisticated one available here.
