samak Posted May 2, 2003 Report Share Posted May 2, 2003 strange! i flew out from don muang three times in january 2003 (all international flights to 3 different destinations), checked always luggage in and never got a band around. you are right with the tape. my bags are full of red, yellow, blue and green tape from don muang; not easy to remove.
