samak Posted July 27, 2003 Report Share Posted July 27, 2003 i think it is called Xenical/Orlistat. i have used it twice and combined with less food/more sport i was able to reduce my weight by over 20lbs. yes you should avoid fat food, as otherwise you shit oily and smelly...
