Various shops, laundy etc and 2 pools. A short walk to a baht bus route or 30 baht to the main bar areas by one of the motor bike taxis outside. Rents start about 4500 baht a month for studios, although a mate of mine who's lived there for some years only pays 2000 baht for one of the smallest places. Not everyones cup of tea though, also loads of gogo girls live there so plenty of scope for a cheap 2am pick up if you could'nt be bothered to go out that night but find you can't sleep! Nice spacious apartments but not really sure on price - I guess about 10-15K permonth. All have aircon, one bedroom and varying styles of furnishings. Overall nice and secure - but he only has about 10 so might be busy. His names Duncan and mobile number is +66 (0)1 636 9289. No pool though.
