Guest
on top of a good piece of bread, next to impossible to find in LOS too Don't know Bkk bakeries that well, but if you get to CM go to JJ's (2 locations...one in Montri Hotel, other in Night Bazaar) Excellent baguettes every morning about 10 am. (now where's that lip smacking graemlin/)
Zaad
LaoHuli, I'd actually prefer a nice glass of wine to wash away the salty taste. BB, You know what I'm talking about; canned anchovies, slice of bread, onions and a glass of wine. Good old days. ::

changnoi
Are there canned anchovies in Thailand? They have bottled. Try a slice of bread rubbed with tomato and garlic, washed down with a glass of nam plaa. Not for the faint hearted.

Guest
..and olives. So my dinner tonight is totally your fault. Started with Mammoth Green olives stuffed with Feta Cheese and ice cold buttermilk. (haven't seen that in LOS ) Then medallians of Bison tenderloin sauteed in black pepper sauce, some fresh hot French bread to sop up the drippings, fresh corn from the garden and washed down with a paletable Chateau Neuf du Pape. Wish you and BB could share. But then I'd have less. Thanks for the suggestion, anchovies next time.
