Since I stayed "across the street" from Cowboy (at the Jasmine Suites) for over a month, herewith is a round up of my Soi Cowboy experiences: YMMV... LongGun - they did have several nice girls there alright however I just found it too crowded (for me), I usually just stayed for a beer or 2 and (bar) hopped on. Went very late one night (after midnight) and it wasn't too crowded at all and there were still some nice girls there. Coctail Club - Thought I'd give it a look after I saw some good comments on the board. A small cozy place, there were a couple nice girls but they were already taken when I arrived and the remainder were a little LD hussle minded so I moved on.... DunDee - Most of the girls seem to hang outside and as you enter its the luck of the draw as to who escorts you in and then sites with you. In my case the better girls were still outside so I stayed only for a drink... Joe's Bar - Simliar to the above, the girls seems to hang outside then one will bring you in (and sit with you), a luck of the draw. There were some nice one's outside that inspired me to give this place a look, however did see one lucky Japanese guy with 2 nice stunners he was leaving with. Suzy Wong's - a few lookers. In previous trips I've taken girls from here however this trip each time I went just got bad vibes here for some reason and moved on. I suspect its just the mix of the girls that they have right now, they just didn't seem to be very happy when I was there anyway. Coyboy2 - Compared to my previous trip 5 months ago this place has gone downhill a few notches as far as what girls are available so didn't stay long... Cowboy1 - In previous trips they did have 1 or 2 nice girls there (but that was all), this trip I saw none. Sheba's - I may not have given this place a fair shake, only went a couple times, saw a couple nice girls but I didn't like the way the shows "interfere" with my girl watching time... Black and White - there were a few nice girls here, even more in August than in SEP. This place can be a bit pushy on the LD's (and USD's (Uninvited Site Downs)) at times, but if you can get by that not a bad place... Tilac - Very much downhil compared to previous trips, however due to so many nice memories I kept gong back and giving it a try. One Sat night there WERE many nice girls and one girl I got to know said those girls won't be there the next night so she knew it would be slow again on Sunday. Doll House - This was a gem, many nice girls with fun attitudes. I took the same 2 girls a couple times, tried to Butterfly with another nice girl one night and nearly caused a girl fight - left empty handed at closing and decided I'd finally get up early enough to make an Eden run in the morning. Moonshine Joint - well I never actually went in but as I left Dollhouse empty handed at closing after nearly causing a cat fight, one of the prettiest girls I've seen at Cowboy was enticing me inside - however, I had already decided to hit Eden 1st thing so passed her on, however, might be worthy of further research... Baccara - Several nice girls in here, while I have taken some girls from here this was more of my warm up / girl watching place. The girls do like the Japanese guys alot here though and punters should know about that. I saw several (non-Yippon) punters on multiple nights being ignored and would leave dejected. If there's a lot of Japanese guys in house one might want to consider coming back another time than risk getting bummed out and feeling rejected. As one girl told me, they like the Yippon because "only 5 minute!". Our Place - A few nice girls here. In previous trips this place at times was heavy on the LD hussles and USD's, however this time they seemed well behaved. This was a nice "often forgotten" place that even late at night I could still find some nice girls available which I took avantage of... Midnight - Another Gem. Was a succesfull butterfly in here and there were some pretty nice girls in here. I had taken girls singly and also in pairs, a great time always. Late at night however there may not be much available. Sharks - This place was the real Gem for me. There were many nice girls here and after getting to know the pretty young mamasan, I was able to take as many different girls as I wanted - this was my Butterfly heaven. Only bad thing was I often bought the "previous" girls some LD's (both for Face saving and to keep things friendly - same same Midnight), and my bar bills got quite high some nights (however well worth it for the fun I had). Overall I enjoyed Cowboy more than NEP. At NEP its hard to find girls that go LT anymore. At Cowboy, I've had many girls who actually prefered LT, however there are definately some nice lookers in NEP. I will look forward to verifying some of your observations when I get back to BKK. I just booked at the Jasmine Suites. How did you like the place? I am assuming they are guest friendly considering your exploits on Cowboy? I have read decent things about the Jasmine, but don't know anyone personally who has stayed there yet. I've been tapped out time wise since I got back and still haven't even fully unpacked yet, however I plan to make a detailed report on Jasmine in the Accomodation section, hopefully this weekend (or sooner). Yes they certainly are guest freindly and they don't check the girls IDs or anything - because of this I intentionally stayed away from all FreeLancers during my stay. I had forgotten in my original post to list a few of the better "memorable phrases" heard from the girls during my stay: "Oh My Buddha!!!" (Soi Cowboy girl), "I Love you 1 million percent" (Pattaya girl), "would you like to fuck us some more?" (from 2 NEP girls). Glad I only stayed for 1 drink :: - I think I may have spotted 1 Katoey in there but didn't know they were ALL Katoey's in there, maybe all of them they aren't - but I think I'll let somebody else handle that research...
