Guest lazyphil Posted October 27, 2003 Report Share Posted October 27, 2003 On BBC World I've just seen a report on the mass destruction of the Amazon Rain Forest partly due to Europeans wanting GM free Soya Beans that are grown here hence smashing the forest to bits. If the producers go back to grow GM-free soy beans there'll be no problems. That's not anti-american, don't get me wrong. But stop making me responsible for that part of destroying the tropical rain forest. I don't take that from amaricans anyway.
