I had to give it away a few years ago due to the effect it had on my waistline and drinking habits. I used to have upwards of 200 big bottles in my shed at any one time. What do you need to know? I know about making it in Oz and even know a guy that brewed some in Darwin which has the same weather but I was wondering if there were any particular things about brewing it in LoS. I know it's illegal but I was thinking of doing it on the sly and in small quantities - enough to satisfy a need rather than build a brewing empire.
