And yes, used to be known as "Flowers" and had a Kiwi lead-singer, Iva Davies. Anyway, as far as the crap bands I've liked, try some of these on for size: Gary Numan, Captain Sensible, Monte Video and the Cassettes, Men Without Hats, Hayzi Fantayzi, A-Ha, The J.
