think_too_mut
Citibank uses STAR system, in addition to few more. Not sure about Siam City Commercial Bank (logo and colors similar to Siam Commercial Bank, maybe their offshot, don't know.) Only on their ATMs I can use citibank ATM card with no transaction fee. iuytrede
Siam City and Siam Commercial have nothing to do with each other
lopburi3
Perhaps you need a debit card rather than just the ATM card. Surely that would include either Cirrus or Plus (or both). There are other banks in the US if you have to go that route.
..
It is a debit card (Master Card) too, but no workie in ATM now. Debit function is OK. Unless the service/fees get really stupid, I do not want to change. I have been with them for 15+ years and that kind of loyalty *does* count for something in smaller banks (but will it from now on remains to be seen ). Cheers, SD
lopburi3
I would be asking your bank. How many different ATM's have you tried? Perhaps the MasterCard seal on an ATM is what to look for?
