Another Dr. confirmed she has a problem, but suggested "... other place for treatment..." But wouldn't specify where. She doesn't have much money, but wants "... place with good technology..." Thyroid problems be be simple (hypothyroidism, just takes a blood test to check some hormone levels, then then if she needs meds the pill is like 2 or 3 baht per day) or complex (cancer) or several shades in between.
