Very religious parents so it could be said I am a product of my 'environment', but those that know me, know I'm not the 'judgmental, holier than thou' type. From what I read from you about this subject before, it seems it's not only being catholic you reject, it's any form of public religious practice and, fine, but I am wondering if life in Thailand is not extremely trying at times, because it is and still is one place where a lot of people practice a philosophy (Buddhism) as a religion, with all the trappings that seem to make you cringe, however colorful and exotic it may be.
