Pol Lt Col Thanakorn Konkaew, deputy superintendent for investigation attached to Phahon Yothin police station, said Pichet Chapthian had been removed from the list of possible suspects as he was not in the condominium during the incident. Atthapol, 38, died on Wednesday after falling from the 10th floor of La Maison Condo in Chatuchak district after a fight with his girlfriend Wassana Sunee, 25. After being questioned by police all day, the girl fell from the same building and died. Police have yet to determine if both deaths are suicide, murder or accident. Pol Lt Col Thanakorn said police investigators also questioned a condominium security guard who confirmed Mr Pichet entered the condominium building after Atthapol's death. Meanwhile, Khunying Porntip Rojanasunan, the deputy director-general of the Central Institute of Forensic Science, said relatives of Wassana should lodge a complaint with the Justice Ministry if they suspect foul play in her death. She said the institute cannot intervene unless asked. Chamnian Sunee, Wassana's mother, said suicide was unlikely because her daughter was afraid of heights. There was a struggle on the balconey and he fell off. Was he not drunk? She had evidence on being in a fight. I would have thought a MP could do better on the looks dept. She ain't no beauty.. 3. One thing i would rule out is suicide by him. He was rich and exercising his butterfly rights. I like his father's comments about being a loving family man... 4. I think her death is most suspicious especially if a suicide as she was fucking around on him with his own driver so i don't think love and loyalty play much into it as these are cited for suicide behavior. What is her motive to take her own life? 5. The butler did it or in this case the driver? They say he has an alibi and showed up 15 minutes later on the scene. he would be a focal point in my investigation... 6. With her out of the way, the MP's family need to say face some way. They would know that his remaining mia noi would not be basking in the polluted environement and continuing to hose the car driver... 7. No mention of his wife in any of this.... 8. It doesn't mean that people were not present or waiting for them. Tapes can always be altered or not turned on if cash is involved.. lack of proper analysis when they make faulty conclusions like that... He?s a regular drinker and the alcohol found in his blood was not high enough to cause him to pass out and fall from the room,? Whatever you guys on the forum are bitching about... Pol Col Warawut Thaweechaikarn, chief of Phahon Yothin police station, said the finding was based on circumstantial evidence and the autopsy report. Atthapol, 38, fell from the 10th floor of La Maison condominium in soi Phahon Yothin 24 on the night of June 22. He died from a fractured skull. Atthapol, who suffered from coronary artery disease, appeared drunk when seen in footage from surveillance cameras. His blood test showed an alcohol level exceeding 200 milligrammes. The drink-driving limit is 50mgm. Pol Col Warawut said it was highly possible his disease symptoms recurred and Atthapol, who was intoxicated, collapsed and fell from the building balcony. The pathologist who did the autopsy must be hiding in a corner. OK i'm no MD but when a person has a heart attack or stroke there is evidence of the same and would show up in the blood. Thats how we know millions die from heart attacks. But hey its "possible" his "symptoms" grabbed hold of him just as he was leaning over the rail on his balcony. We can't say for sure since the autopsy showed no evidence to support our theory. Makes sense to me, he died because he was drunk. I mean it was a heart attack. No wait, he had "symptoms" thats it.
