whosyourdaddy
Just a question After a BBBJ a friend had the other night, he has been having some pain. The weird thing is that the pain happened a couple hours after and has persisted for 2 days+. No pain while pissing, but just a constant dull pain in the urerthra. Any suggestions? He is taking zithromax in the off chance it is chlamydia and Zovirax to try and ward off herpes. From my understanding it usually takes 7 or so days for any sign of chlamydia/gonnor and 2+ days for herpes. Any one have any other suggestions on what it could be? any good STD clinics he could go to?

Guest
It could be an urinary infection.Or a bruise on the tip from the BBJ. Personally I dont think it is an STD . A check with the doctor is due. Worthwhile drinking a lot of beer and clearing up the system
Guest
Of course the important info not given here is had he had any other sexual contact in the past few weeks, besides this BBBJ? The BBBJ would not give any noticable STD symptoms that quick, but other contacts days/weeks ago sure could.
Old Hippie
No need to amputate, it will probably fall off by itself in a day or so... that said, if "he" is worried about it, then cruise over to Brumguard Hospital and have it checked, they have no doubt seen it before! An STD might take 48++ hours or so to show up, if at all, but for peace of mind, get it checked! And for god sake, don't panic!
tomc12
WYD, Generally, it is Herpes and Chlamydia that take 7+ days to produce symptoms, while gonorrhea takes 2+ days. Symptoms starting a few hours later, if related to the BJ, are most likely due to mechanical factors, such as swelling or irritation of the periurethral glands. Also because of nerve innervations present, a problem in the prostate could be sensed in the urethra. That makes it important to know history prior to the BJ.
