khwaimaisabai
Parent paid private eye to track paedophile By Nigel Bunyan (Filed: 26/10/2005) A father was so determined to put a fugitive sex attacker back behind bars that he spent £5,000 on a private detective to track him down to his hideaway in Thailand. Bernard Scullion, 53, thought he had escaped the full weight of the law by fleeing Britain while on licence. But the father of his 13-year-old victim, a Wirral businessman, would not let the matter rest. Mr X, whose name was withheld to protect his daughter, used a network of contacts to seek leads on Scullion's whereabouts, and having traced him to Thailand hired a German investigator to provide an exact location. He then presented his evidence to Thai police who arrested the paedophile and incarcerated him in the notorious Bangkwang jail. Scullion, originally from Wallasey, Merseyside, found the conditions so unbearable that after three weeks he paid £500 for a flight back to Britain. He was arrested on arrival at Heathrow airport and escorted back to Merseyside. Local magistrates have now sent him back to prison, where he will remain, without parole, until February 2007. Last night his victim's father said: "The money and effort I spent in finding Scullion has been worthwhile if my child grows up knowing that I did something about it. "He had left Britain illegally and I was determined he was not going to get away." Scullion, a former marine engineer, was given a two-year prison sentence for indecent assault in January 2004. He was allowed out of prison 12 months later, having won an appeal to have his sentence halved. The paedophile was banned from leaving Britain while still on parole. "My investigator found him getting drunk in the bars of Pattaya every night," said the victim's father. "He had been beaten up in one of them after they'd found out he'd taken a 13-year-old girl home with him." © Copyright of Telegraph Group Limited 2005. packy
It seems as though he would rather spend his time in a British jail rather than a Thai Jail. His inability to prey upon young girls showed through when he got roughed up by the bar patrons for the thirteen year-old. When he gets out, how long will it be before he gets another young girl? Castration will be the only thing to save young girls from the likes of this one. We could do what was done in the hills of Kentucky. Nail his bag to the floor and run out of the building giving him a hacksaw blade as the building was set on fire.

packy
They don't tolerate people abusing children. If they were put in a jail such as a thai jail instead of into an air conditioned, with color tv, phone available atmosphere, maybe they would straighten up or just plain forget little kids.
