rickfarang
My brother sent this picture and then called me. "Hey, where can we do this?" My though that this was somewhere near Chaing Mai, but I've never seen a waterfall like this. Indeed the waterfall may be for South America or somewhere else. As far as I have seen, the most "jungly" elephant treks are through creeks. Anybody recoginze this scene, or have an idea where we could do this (In February - the dry sease?), preferably where there is some nightlife? chilli13
I wouldn't be surprised if TAT made this photo up given TIT, but surely LOS have its share of mountains & waterfalls & while I've seen quite a few I never saw that one for sure Chaing Mai would be a good base to go looking for it or perhaps koh chang as a wild card joker???? MooNoi
The best elephant ride I've done is in Khao Sok National Park about 2 hours drive from Surat and Phuket. (In the middle of the two). Beautiful ride through virgin jungle to a gorgeous waterfall where you can swim and splash around with the elephant. An amazing experience. Moo Noi.
