oldian Posted January 21, 2002 Report Share Posted January 21, 2002 excellent postings by all...think about it in your own countries...you meet a woman,who you presumably fall mutually in love with...yet she has no money, no education, nor little hope or belief of bettering her life...let's say you do....do you take care of her? If you love her, probably, if you fear an alimony suit, no.....even if a BG does "love" you, you remain the rich farang, and it seems like maybe one ends up playing into some sort of "rescuer" role (let me send her to school, take her to a country where she kind find a good job, etc)..which is a really loaded proposition....no easy answers, yet we keep beating our heads against the wall! chok dee Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
