Guest Posted May 17, 2006 Report Share Posted May 17, 2006 The changes over 15 yrs ? - rise of the anti-farang sentiment, - exacerbated by the number of loiterous aussie, brit & german youths - blatant mercantilism and professionalization of P4P - girls in their 20's rather than in their mid/late teens Prices have crept up more in the last 2 years than in the previous 10, thanks to the influx of chinese/russian punters. BuffHello Posted May 18, 2006 Report Share Posted May 18, 2006 and now they are all much more streetwise and mega grasping. time was when they just wanted to pay their bills now they want a house or condo rather quickly . if they process more farangs they might find the big sucker who will buy the house for them (and their secret thai bloke) mobile phone costs and recharges must be gobbling up a lot of their monthly income.
