trooper
And Canada-Sweden 4-1. Too bad, I hoped we would see en dröm final and get a revenge for the Torino last year :smirk: . Sweden was suprisingly powerless against the Canadians So the final will be CAN-FIN. It was really a suprise we will be in the final as nobody expected us to go this far with the names we have in our team. But they have proven that amazing team spirit will make up the missing stars
Neo
Russia was missing their star Morozov this game due to injury, who had been the tournaments leading scorer. It was an impressive win for the Finns none the less as Russia is very talented.
trooper
Canada is a new world champion...They beat us 4-2 in the final. They were clearly a better team. The defence was so strong in the 1st and 2nd perioid that we didn't have any good chances to score. In the 3rd perioid we rallied for 3-2 but at 58:48 Nash scored the fourth goal of Canada which ended the rally. This was now 7th time in the final for the Finns and we have lost 6 out of them Anyway, congratulations to Canada, you were the best
