I have other friends who work in LOS and do the same. Glad for you it worked! I recently had an ear infection and needed medical treatment, 6 vivits at the hospital and i had to postbone my flight 7 times since I wasn't able to equalize the presure! I have 3 insurances that SHOULD cover it! Elvia Travel Insurance is supposed to cover it all, ticket extensions and medical treatments Visa Card Travel Insurance Travel Insurance at my bank All of them would have payed the hospital bills and the antibiotics but none of them wants to pay the ticket extensions (ticket expired) none of them wants to pay the additional costs! When I purchase my tickets, in BKK, the local travel agent always includes the travel insurance. It is like 100 Baht or some small amount.
