He has numerous large scale projects already in Pattaya. He's not quite my idea of a guy to go out drinking with, but I suppose that is why he is successful in his businesses. junglesoup Posted August 14, 2006 Report Share Posted August 14, 2006 I spoke by chance to a Swedish guy one night in GUllivers and he was working on the new Bridge thats been built which goes over two parts of the river. Near Rama 9 I think? I asked him about construction standards. He said it was as good as anything you get anywhere else,and the thai workers were excellent, especially the women teams. I wouldnt mind living on the top floor. I like the views. You may be able to see Bangkok from this new tower. DO you think in the future Bangkok and Pattaya will be joined? Have to haul your own water to the 91st floor to flush the toilet. Where is all the sewage from this building going? I doubt the roads can handle the traffic from this place. OCgringo Posted August 15, 2006 Report Share Posted August 15, 2006 I am sure they will have first class engineering and design , just like the new Airport, Now what gets built is a whole other story, and if it gets finished is another story, I would not want to buy a place within "falling" distance of this tower just in case it falls.
