Now I hear "sae-daeng wah" "sae-daeng wah" "sae-daeng wah" a whole lot more than before. In fact I hardly ever heard it before, now several Issan girls I know are "sae-daeng wah"-ing everything. "sae-daeng" has traditionally meant to "act, or display." From what I'm hearing, "sae-daeng wah" seems to mean something like "I think that..." or "it seems to me that..." or "I observed that..."
