Dali
I have no idea what the hell a Belgian Dog is and that is one of the wierdest names for a bar & restaurant I've ever heard, but I like dogs, and I like burgers, so I'm gonna try this place next time in BKK. Actually looking forward to it! BD: Do you serve wine?
TheBelgianDog
Bangkoktraveler This is not a meat problem this is a bread problem. We order the bread (salty) at a specific bakery so there are no way the bread can be bought somewhere else and it takes 1 day to make it. we had 40 ready and I thought it would be all right till saturday. Call that wrong forecasting. -> runing out of stock happens to every company or business one day or another. The burgers at nana are crappy compared to mine because I tasted both so I can tell you the difference and I know they are 80 baht but I have to eat 3 of them to fill my stomach -> they are not so good and no real value for money
TheBelgianDog
About frankfurter and hot dogs I am still trying to find the right products. We do not serve wine but we could -> most of our bottles are from regular customers ordering their favorite drink (bottle) Finding a decent wine at a correct price is very difficult in thailand, escpecially a good red wine. TheBelgianDog
I second him too as we currently have one lady from buriram (not si saket though) and another from khon kaen (try them as a sandwich if you wish)
Bangkoktraveler
I like your answer on the hamburgers. Never thought the problem could be the bread. I wish I was in Bangkok so I could be one of your regulars. I like a man who really takes the interest of his customers to heart.... ahhhh I mean stomach. TheBelgianDog
Thanks My stomach hurt too yesterday. Had 5 regulars coming for the burger not knowing we were out of bread. -> offered them (for free)some burgers meat with the hot dogs bread. Bread is my biggest problem in BKK, I get 40 bums today at 3 PM but this is the only bakery I know able to prepare these specific size sesame bums with salt.
