I was at the Canadian embassy in Islamabad where a mate of mine, a Pakistani guy with a Croatian passport, was performing Irish folk songs for a bunch of pissed up ex-pats. The Jameson flowed and the Guinness chased all evening. Got home about 4 am. Will be in BKK next week!!!! Actually, I'll be there THIS WEEK! Except that it was impossible to get a taxi so I had to wait until closing so the bar owner could take me home.
